What We’re Looking For: Talent Recruitment Specialist

As a Talent Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in attracting and retaining top talent, while also fostering strong relationships with our current employees. The main focus in this position will be on talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

Stepping into the Role: Core Responsibilities for Success

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting initial interviews, and facilitating the movement of qualified candidates to the final stage of management interviews.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate onboarding processes.
  • Assist in conducting exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Other duties assigned.

What Makes You Stand Out: Qualifications Needed to Apply

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource/related field, HR certification or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a primary focus on recruitment and employee relations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with candidates and employees.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and other HR recruitment software.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
